Our orchid special for this newsletter is Miltonia Lennart Karl Gottling 'Red'. Miltonias always remind me of spring. They are commonly called the pansy orchids because they resemble pansies. Our miltonia are growing in our 5" x 5" hydro kits and are in bud now on multi spikes. Miltonia grow and bloom very well in the same conditions as a phalaenopsis. They enjoy bright light with some cool filtered sun. An ideal location is near an east or northeast window. They will hold their flowers for two months or more.
